Vintage and Preloved Pieces:

Due to our items being in pre-loved condition, we are unable to offer any returns at this time. Please read each item description and reference our measurements before purchasing. Any signs of wear will be noted in the item description.

Handmade Goods:

Each piece is made with care and typically one of a kind. We can offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase of our handmade goods. Please read each item description for care instructions or natural characteristics of home good pieces.

We reserve the right to deny any and all exchanges due to damage. All item descriptions are accurate and all damage and signs of wear have been notated.

Calgary Delivery fee $10 flat

Canada-wide shipping rate $19 flat

Items take normally 5-7 business days. Please note if you are ordering an item around a stat holiday it could take longer.

All items are shipped with Canada Post

Please note: If you are located in a place where package theft is occurring - please specify in your shipping information.
